Our content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or professional business advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making legal, financial, tax, or business decisions.
3. No Earnings Guarantee
We do not guarantee that you will make money, generate revenue, earn profit, quit your job, or achieve any specific business result.
Any examples, testimonials, case studies, revenue numbers, or results shown on this website, in ads, in videos, on calls, or in our materials are provided for illustrative purposes only. They are not promises, guarantees, or predictions of what you will achieve.
Your results depend on many factors, including but not limited to your effort, skill, decision-making, capital, market conditions, product selection, advertising performance, sales ability, follow-up, supplier relationships, operations, and consistency.
Building a business involves risk. You may make money, lose money, or make no money.
4. Testimonials And Case Studies
Testimonials and case studies shown by The High Ticket Effect represent individual experiences and results. They are not typical, guaranteed, or promised outcomes.
Some testimonials may be edited for clarity, length, grammar, or formatting, but we do not intentionally change the meaning of the testimonial.
Revenue figures, where shown, do not necessarily represent profit. Business expenses may include advertising, software, contractors, product costs, freight, refunds, payment processing fees, taxes, and other operating expenses.
5. Business Risk Disclosure
Starting and operating an online business involves risk.
You may need to invest money into tools, software, advertising, product samples, suppliers, contractors, websites, fulfilment, training, and other business expenses.
There is no guarantee that your product, ads, funnel, sales process, or business will perform profitably.
You are solely responsible for your business decisions, spending decisions, advertising decisions, supplier agreements, customer relationships, compliance obligations, and results.

7. Application And Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into any program.
We reserve the right to accept or reject applicants at our discretion.
We may reject applicants who we believe are not a fit, including but not limited to people who are not willing to do the work, do not have appropriate capital, are seeking guaranteed income, are unwilling to speak with customers or leads, or are not aligned with the program expectations.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made according to the payment terms agreed at the time of purchase.

9. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the program, access to intellectual property, templates, training, support, and/or coaching, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in a written agreement at the time of purchase.
We do not provide refunds simply because you change your mind, decide not to participate, fail to complete the work, do not use the materials, or do not achieve your desired result.
Where required by Australian Consumer Law, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Implementation Support Guarantee
Where expressly offered, The High Ticket Effect may include an implementation support guarantee.

The implementation support guarantee means that if you:

- Follow the framework
- Submit required checkpoints or work for review where requested
- Actively participate and communicate with the support team
and still do not have your high-ticket online business system built and operating, our team may continue supporting you until the system is built, subject to reasonable participation and compliance with program requirements.

- Website or landing page live
- CRM connected
- Ad accounts prepared
- Lead follow-up system active
